WELCOME TO LWUMC!
Welcome to Lake Waccamaw United Methodist
Church! I hope you find this website informative and attractive.
Our church building
is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Waccamaw. It is an inspiring
location. But more than that we are a growing congregation that seeks to know
the Lord and live obediently to God’s way. I invite you to get to know us
beyond what you find through this website. The church sponsors activities for
all ages and I know you can find a place to “fit in”.
In the meantime I
encourage you to browse this site and if you have any questions please contact
us. I also invite you to come and worship with us on Sunday either at our
informal service at 9 am or at our traditional 11 am service. I know you will
feel welcome!

And moreover,
because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he
gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs. The preacher
sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was
upright, words of truth.
